Burger Salmone

INGREDIENTS
500gr Salmon
A piece Ginger
1 Lemon
A bunch Parsley
as needed Oil
as needed Salt
as needed Pepper

Procedure

STEP 01
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon, and cut it into small pieces.

STEP 02
Blend half of the salmon with parsley, grated lemon zest, grated ginger, a pinch of salt and pepper.

STEP 03
Cut the remaining salmon into very small cubes and then mix it with the minced salmon.

STEP 04
Shape the burgers using a ring mold on parchment paper squares (this makes them easier to cook in a pan). Once the burgers are cooked, you can enjoy them with a side dish of your choice or in a nice bun!
