INGREDIENTS

800gr Veal stew meat
2 tablespoons Curry powder
1 bunch Parsley
2 Onions
as needed Flour
as needed Oil, salt, pepper

Procedure

STEP 01
In a saucepan, heat a good amount of oil, add thinly sliced onions, a pinch of salt, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

STEP 02
Lightly flour the veal stew meat.

STEP 03
Add the veal to the saucepan and cook over high heat for a few minutes until it turns golden.

STEP 04
Season with salt, pepper, and add the curry dissolved in a bit of hot water.
STEP 05
Lower the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for an hour and a half.

STEP 06
During cooking, check the liquid occasionally, and if the sauce seems too dry, add a dash of hot water.

STEP 07
The final result will be a delicious and super tender stew.

STEP 08
Finish it with chopped parsley before serving. We recommend pairing it with boiled basmati rice or boiled potatoes.
