2 Sausages
2 Champignon Mushrooms
200gr Honey Fungus Mushrooms
A bunch Parsley

Brown the sausage in a pan (previously peeled and crumbled).

Then add the mushrooms (cleaned and cut into small pieces), season with salt and pepper, add some chopped parsley, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Heat 700ml of water in a pot with a bit of salt. Then gradually pour in the polenta and cook it for the time indicated on the package, continuously stirring first with a whisk and then with a wooden spoon to prevent lumps from forming.

When the polenta is ready, serve it on a serving dish with the mushroom and sausage sauce. Finish with some chopped parsley and dinner is ready to be served at the table!
