INGREDIENTS

1 Leek
2 Carrots
1/2 Broccoli
1/4 Red cabbage
1 Zucchini
4 tablespoons Soy sauce
A pinch Salt
as needed Oil

Procedure

STEP 01
Clean and chop all the vegetables.

STEP 02
Heat a bit of oil in the wok. Add sliced leeks, broccoli florets, and chopped carrots.
